KBrown Headshot_edited.jpg

Kristina is a Filipina American visual artist, photographer, and creative storyteller based in Fort Worth, Texas, where she lives with her husband and daughter. With a background in fine arts and digital illustration, her work blends beauty, meaning, and faith—often drawing from her cultural roots, personal experiences, and spiritual walk.

She earned her B.F.A. magna cum laude from the University of North Texas, and studied sketching, journaling, and figure drawing in Florence, Italy. Her work has been exhibited across North Texas in galleries including the Art Center of Waco, Gallery of Dreams, and ArtSpace 111, as well as featured in online exhibitions for the National Art Educators Association and Texas Art Educators Association.

Kristina’s creative journey has also led her into the world of publishing and broadcast. She illustrated two books, including the post-apocalyptic novel Veiled Ignite and the children’s story I Want to Go. Her piece Motherhood earned multiple awards, and her character illustration Anna was featured in the NAEA Members Exhibition and PDK International.

In 2020, Kristina was featured on WFAA’s #UpWithHer in an interview with Kara Sewell, highlighting her voice as a Filipino creative and educator.

Today, Kristina serves as the Communications Director at Eagles View Church, where she combines her artistic eye and storytelling skills to support ministry through visual content, digital media, and creative direction. Her art has become a form of worship—often seen through live painting during services and faith-inspired illustrations that point back to Jesus.
